On June 19, as part of the regional profile shift “School of Gifted Children - Geography of Professions 2019”, an excursion to the Russian Institute of Radiology and Agroecology was organized.

The schoolchildren visited the museum of the institute, the laboratory of radiobiology and ecotoxicology of agricultural plants, the laboratory for measurement of ionizing radiation, the laboratory of radioecology and agroecological monitoring, the laboratory of radiochemistry and analytical chemistry, the certification center, and the GUR 120 irradiation facility.
